The geographical center of Maine is located at latitude 44.61 degrees North and longitude 69.40 degrees West.  This basic map of ME (postal abbreviation for the State of Maine) shows Augusta, the capital city, as well as other major Maine cities such as Bangor and Portland.  The map also shows Maine's Interstate highways, Moosehead Lake, and Acadia National Park.  Waterways depicted on this map of Maine include the Kennebec River, Penobscot River, St. John River, and St. Croix River.
